Big Companies invest lots of resources in taking care of customers as much as they can but the reality shows that it’s always hard to keep expectations to desired levels.
I my self worked for DIRECTV many years and was always eager to align my caller’s desires with the enterprise’s procedures.
I just find it amazing that some of the consumers’ all time favorites is dropping to a Hall Of Fame as stated in this report from a recent survey in The U.S. -> Customer Service Hall of Shame.
All I can say is that you can never neglect your position in the Service market, and constantly struggle to do things right.
