Better Service Consulting has broad experience in the field of customer satisfaction through diverse lines of business (Technical, Billing, Retention) both in Spanish and English. We have built a straight-forward training to prepare you for this important step in your career development.

The course focuses on improving the areas of communication that are required to pass a job interview as well as the discussion of the traits needed to get several possible positions, especially of a Customer Care Representative. The length of the course is 8 hours divided in two sessions of 4 hours each. The requirements for this training include an English level starting at High Intermediate that could also vary to Advanced or Conversation.
